Please send this up to 72 hours before your appointment, as Nikki will allocate time prior to your visit to review your history in advance so she can directly help your family, supporting you and your baby in clinic time.

Parking information can be found in your email confirmation.
Arrival: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time to help us maintain a calm environment for all our families in our small Reception space.
Feeding: If possible, try to bring your baby when ready for a feed, or is happy to feed for a few minutes if not due at the time of appointment. However, following your baby’s lead is important, so don’t worry if they only need a short feed, or send videos ahead of your appointment.
What to Bring: Please bring your “Red Book” (Personal Child Health Record) and anything you usually use for a feed (breast pump, bottles, nipple shields, hot water flask etc.).
Need to make a change? We know life with a baby can be unpredictable and illness may occur which prevents you attending, as the Terms & Conditions described on your booking form. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by using the link in your confirmation email or sending a message via Whatsapp to Nikki on 07421 991158.
